In the book = =93Relativity: The=20 Special and General Theory=94 (1920) Einstein discussed that it makes no = sense to=20 think about space-time as an independent physical quantity. The basic = medium=20 into which runs material change is gravitational field. Space-time is = only a=20 structural quality of a gravitational field: "Space-time does not claim = existence on=20 its own but only as a structural quality of the [gravitational]=20 field=94=20 (1).

The thesis here is = that=20 space-time as a structural quality of gravitational field is = observer=20 effect formed into the process of measurement. In quantum physics the term = observer=20 effect refers to changes that the act of observing will make on the = phenomenon=20 being observed; the=20 observer is no longer external and neutral, but through the act of = measurement=20 he becomes himself a part of observed reality. Into scientific experiment = =93space-time=94=20 that is observer=92s mathematical model also becomes structural quality = of=20 gravitational field.

When there is no = measurement,=20 space-time exists only as a mathematical model and do not exist as a = structural=20 quality of gravitational field. Einstein and Gödel were right = saying that there=20 is no time in the universe, that universe is a timeless (atemporal) = phenomenon=20 (2). =

Time is what one = measures with=20 clocks. With clocks one measures duration and numerical order of = material change=20 that run into the gravitational field. Time enters into existence when = one=20 measures it (3,4).

In the = universe nothing is=20 =93before=94 or =93later=94 irreversible stream of material change runs = into=20 gravitational field that is timeless (atemporal). Human=92s experience = this=20 irreversible stream into concept of =93space and time=94, scientist=92s = into concept=20 of =93space-time=94.

Atemporal = gravitational=20 field is a =93direct gravitational medium between massive objects=94. = Gravity force=20 exists between basic elements of gravitational field called =93quanta of = gravity=94=20 that build up cosmic space. Gravity field has a different density = that depends on the density = of matter=20 into given volume of gravity field. Higher is density of matter; lower = is=20 density of gravity field.  In General Theory of = Relativity=20 gravitational force is result of curvature of space. Stellar objects = change=20 geometry of space. Bigger is mass of a stellar object, more space is = curved,=20 bigger is gravitational force. Here idea arises that curvature of space = in=20 General Theory of Relativity is a measure of quantum density of = gravitational=20 field. More space is curved, less is density of gravitational = field. Less space is curved, higher is its = density.

Density of = gravitational=20 field increases with the distance from massive objects. = Inside of=20 massive objects density of field depends on density of mass . Higher is density of mass , lover is density of field . Where density of field  is lower quanta of gravity are more = =93stretched=94 and have=20 stronger tendency to =93shrink=94. This =93shrinking=94 force is = gravitational force=20 that works between quanta of gravity. Gravity force keeps gravitational = field=20 together and that keeps together also three dimensional objects that = exist into=20 it. Atemporal gravitational field is a =93direct gravity medium=94 = between=20 stellar objects. In a similar way atemporal gravitational field is a = =93direct=20 information medium=94 between two elementary particles by=20 =93Einstein-Podolski-Rosen=94 experiment.=20 Information does not travel between particle A and B, information = is into=20 gravitational field into which exist both of particles. Light is bend by = passing=20 massive stellar objects because of different density of gravity field = through which moves. Physical space into which stellar = objects=20 exist cannot be curved on its own. Physical base of curvature of space = is=20 variable quantum density of gravitational field .

Density of gravitational = field inside=20 of black holes, binary neutron stars, in the centre of = galaxies

=20 Inside=20 black holes density of gravity field is so low that gravity field has an enormous force of = shrinking.=20 This shrinking force disintegrates all subatomic particles back into = quanta of=20 gravity. Beyond Schwartschild radius mass transforms back into quanta of = gravity. Black hole =93sucks=94 matter from outer space and transforms = it into=20 quanta of gravity. Transformation =93mass - quanta of space=94 = continuously=20 increases density of gravitational field  in the centre of black hole that spreads with the = light=20 speed into outer space as a =93gravitational waves=94.

Astronomical = observations=20 of diminishing of speed of rotation (orbit time) of binary neutron stars = PSR1913+16 is explained by transformation = of mass=20 of stars into gravitational radiation. According to the understanding = here=20 gravitational radiation is result of transformation of mass of stars = into quanta=20 of gravity in the centre of binary stars (similar as in the centre of = black=20 holes). Transformation =93mass - quanta of gravity=94 increases density = of=20 gravitational field  in the centre of stars that spreads with the = light speed=20 into outer space as a =93gravitational radiation=94.

Existence of = gravitational=20 waves that are emission of mass and are absorbed by mass in a similar = way as=20 electromagnetic waves might be a wrong preposition. Some researches = exclude=20 existence of gravitational waves that travel from stellar object A to = stellar=20 object B in order to keep them together (5,6).

Dynamic=20 Equilibrium of the Atemporal Universe

Astronomical = observations=20 show that Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) of our galaxy =93eats=94 near = stars and=20 galaxies and time by time throws out huge amount of fresh gas (7). AGN transforms matter it into quanta of = space.=20 This process increases density of space into AGN. As by black stars and neutron binary = stars=20 gravitational waves are spreading into outer space also from AGN. When a = huge=20 amount of matter is entering AGN, density of gravitational field = reaches certain maximum in a very short time. This = sudden=20 increasing of  is a cause for a big explosion where gravitational = quanta=20 transform into elementary particles. After density  turns below maximum value, explosion stops. AGN = are=20 =93refreshing=94 fabric of the universe, they transform =93old=94 matter = into =93fresh=94=20 matter and keep entropy of the universe constant.

In the = universe there is a=20 permanent fluctuation of energy =93matter-space-matter-space=94. Sum of = density of=20 matter  and gravitational density of space  in a given volume of universe tends to be in = equilibrium:=20 . When there is an access of density matter will turn into space, where there is an access = of density=20 gravitational energy of space will turn into matter. = Universe is=20 a dynamic system in a permanent dynamic equilibrium, there is no = beginning and=20 on end of the universe.
